I Had Never Travelled When I Sung Borga Borga, Live In Other’s Reality – Sarkodie To Up And Coming Rappers

Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo, better known as Sarkodie, has shared some strategies he claims musicians can take to improve their lyrical style and musical sincerity.

The rapper claimed every rapper should be able to relate to a broad range of other people’s problems in his most recent appearance on Hitz FM, where he addressed critics of his recent feature on Bob Marley’s Stir It Up song.

Because “if it were left to my life, it might be dull,” he claims that in order to make music, he attempts to be realistic by drawing from the real-world experiences of others around him.

Sarkodie responded to Andy Dosty’s comment by stating that he has discussed numerous topics in his songs that he has yet to actually experience.

“I had never had champagne before I started talking about it. I had never been on a trip until my song “Borga Borga” was released. “As an artist, you must be able to experience other people’s realities.” Because even if talking about myself could be dull, others have things going through their heads. They are looking through options you can choose from. “You’re actually choosing what you already believe to be reality,” he continued.
