I’m Still Available To Coach The Black Stars – Coach Kwasi Appiah

James Kwasi Appiah, the former head coach of Ghana, has stated that should the Ghana Football Association approach him, he would not decline the chance to lead the Black Stars once more.

Appiah was fired from his position as head coach of the national team in January 2020 after overseeing 20 matches between 2017 and 2019.

The former Ghanaian international was fired as a result of his nine wins, six draws, and five losses.

The 62-year-old claims he has not finished his coaching career, though, and that he would be ready should the Ghana FA need him again.

“The fact that I have not gone out and said I have quit coaching if the opportunity arises and I can help, why not?” he said in an interview with Dan Kwaku Yeboah TV.”Once coaching is my destiny, why not help if I’m approached?”

Following Ghana’s elimination from the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, Otto Addo announced his resignation as head coach of the Black Stars.
