I Think I Dropped My Phone, I Don’t Need Anybody To Be Locked Up – Meek Mill Tells Ghana Police

Meek Mill, the American rapper, has changed his story about how he misplaced his iPhone last Thursday, just before taking the stage at the Afro Nation event.

On Instagram, he disclosed that he had been pickpocketed and that his phone had been taken as a result.
An appeal from artist Shatta Wale is said to have resulted in the phone being found in around 24 hours.
But just as everyone thought the situation was resolved, the police made a late-night announcement on Friday, December 30, about the arrest of a man named Nuhu Sule, also known as Ababaawa, who was accused of stealing the phone.
Hours following the police statement, Mill wrote in a tweet that he didn’t even know how he misplaced the phone and that all he wanted to do was get it back.
Taking to his official Twitter page, he wrote:
I coulda dropped that phone on a dirt bike I don’t actually know for a fact somebody went in my pocket! I got it back that’s all I needed I don’t need anybody locked up for a phone.., I don’t even know what happened to it
