Netizens React As king Promise Dashes Street Kids A Single Cedi Note To Share

Some street kids noticed Ghanaian artist, King Promise, while he was driving through Accra. After spotting the famous musician, the starving children rushed to his car and pleaded for money from the Nungua-raised artist.

The children put their hands into the glass in an aggressive attempt to capture King Promise.

King Promise grabbed for a compartment next to the driver’s seat and retrieved some cash to placate the children.

The moment he pulled out the cash, the kids’s faces lighted up, and they snatched the cash out of King Promise’s hands. He gave it to them and told them to divide it among themselves.

Many people commented on the video’s single cedi note and mocked King Promise for not being able to do more.
