Showboy, the US-incarcerated artist from Ghana, has attacked the well-known musical duet R2Bees. Sam Kwabena Safo Junior is also known as “Showboy.”
Following popular outrage over the “Adey Mad” hitmakers’s unwillingness to appear at Criss Waddle‘s event, he launched his assault.
AMG Connect’s concert last weekend in Tema was arranged by Criss Waddle. Criss Waddle was disgruntled by the R2Bees‘s absence.
He thinks a friendship shouldn’t be one-sided, where he is dedicated to them but they aren’t willing to do anything for him.
In response to the report, Showboy said that he called out R2Bees for being opportunists who are constantly thinking about what others can do for them but not what they can do for others.
He wrote:
A dey cry my own cry .. a dey suffer alone…. free showboy sef is hard for my own niggaz to say it to motivate me . When they down am always there for them . I never changed!!!
Whenever I complain they said am mad . I always told yall r2bees be good for nothing old men that don’t want to see the youth shine aside they gonna benefit …. waddle is crying today..I have cried everyday
